Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

You must cancel at least one day before the appointment or else you will be charged full fees. It is acceptable to cancel your participation via email, phone or fax, and we will reply to your cancellation through a written note. If you cancel either service, there will be a $50 fee to reimburse any shortages in administrative charges. Please note that digital products sold by Strive Digitals are non-refundable.
